yep tried again and it's just not a good work around as you have to go in and force stop play services everytime you reboot. I will just do without maps or use my Mavics instead.

I use a CS on all my DJI and Autel drones. You can sort of make the maps work by force loading google play services. This will make the maps work OK however the service will crash and display a "stopped working" error on screen during a flight which basically screws up the flight until you clear...

Well following the tread yes it does install and sort of work however the "Google play services has stopped" error pops up constantly and ruins the use of the controller. I use this same CS for all my drones - Autel and DJI and the warning shows up at the worst times. In general it does not work...

I have been using these drones (dji and others) with phones of all types and tablets but nothing works as well as the crystal sky. It is the best by a long shot. However you can get the maps to work which is not progress as the app then crashes in the middle of a flight and warning screens pop...

I have a crystal sky plus if possible I sit in the shade or in my car. Most shade sold on eBay if the right size will work but you may have to fiddle with them a bit.

I am still hoping they use a new map that works on crystal sky. So far no good

I have seen many posts on the MM regarding fly aways and trouble with wind. plus the SDK has not been released so no Litchi which a deal killer for me. I think waiting is still a good plan

Exactly I got the EVO just for that reason and so far am able to stop all updates on my Mavics. I only use litchi which does not nag non stop like the Go App

I have had 7 DJI drones and now the EVO1 - I still have a Mavic zoom and Mavic air. While I like the EVO the DJI drones are my goto for anything commercial or on trips etc. The EVO is fun but it's really hard to beat the DJI products plus they can run Litchi which is superior in itself...

I always hand catch my drones - on the Mavics you just need to bring it down to shoulder level next to you with the rear sensors not facing you. Slide your hand under the drone from the rear, this turns off the avoidance so the drone will not try to fly up. Left lever down and it will simply...

I use my EVO for fun and Mavics for professional use - I agree with most of what he says.

I have the M2z and EVO 1 and no contest the DJI products are much better - My mavic air is better also. Getting great footage out of the Mavics is easy on the EVO it required for post and more fiddling with camera settings.

I think the detail in all the video was pretty good however I agree some color correction would have helped. I will stick with my EVO1 and Mavics for now as it appears they are almost as good
