Sorry for reviving a dead thread but I saw this from Autel today.
True Level: The REAL Way to Fix that Tilted Horizon
This says that is is very important to calibrate in the following order:
IMU
Compass
Gimbal
So it sounds like they have either changed something or their initial claim was...
"Live" gives you RTMP server settings to stream live video. "Voiceover" I think means the voice alerts, (i.e. "Controller and phone disconnected.") but I have never played with it.
Ah, the original Mavic Pro; I still have a soft spot for that one. I don't have any experience with signal congestion but mu gut says the Mavic Air2s will probably be better since it can use both 5.8Ghz and 2.4 GHz while the E2P is 2.4 only. The higher band might help in areas with dense wifi...
It's possible on the Mavic Air 2, but it will actually warn you in the app before you try to take off. I also had a prop fall off my original Mavic Pro without me realizing it. It took off, hovered for a moment and then did a back flip.
I've never encountered GPS interference in the 3-4 years I've been flying drones but I have seen EM events play havoc on GPS at my job. I work with mobile auto-pointing satellite antennas and have seen a handful of units go bonkers because interference to the GPS. Mostly it's solar but there is...
Mine was not "fixed" but at least I was able to adjust to one value (-1.6) and it seemed to not need any further adjustment. So far a much needed improvement, if I only need to adjust once per flight, I am a lot happier.
Now, I did get an OA sensor error, mid-flight and well above any objects...
I'd also chime in the Pro 6k has adjustable aperture which is nice to control light, depth of field, etc. I use the smaller aperture (f11) to make the lens flares really pop during sunsets. Some people hate it but I get a great effect out of it.
OK, I got my filters today and cannot unscrew the lens cover to put these on. Anyone know any tricks for this?
Eidt: Got by wrapping a rubber band around the outside edge for better grip.
I shoot a lot of video over water, CPL reduces the glare. And for that I mostly do not need readjust unless I'm trying for a very specific shot like trying to reduce a reflected image.
