I have but I have not heard back from them. I made the mistake of asking if they had received the videos and pics that they requested and was politely told to shut up and they'd get back to me when the could and to be patient 😂🤣😂🤷‍♂️

So it looks like this is a common issue has anyone heard if autel is going to try to fix the issue? And are the only solutions at this point uploading the older firmware and or restarting the v2 controller?
