ATTI mode can be switched on made to use a specific mode on both the Mavic 2 and the original Mavic Pro. I have my tripod mode selection switched to ATTI on my Mavic 2s. You need the older dji assistant app to change these parameters.

No it's not always fixable in firmware. Autel has put out 2-3 updates for the Evo 1 to try to fix the tilt, but many people, including myself still have it. Their Evo 1 and now their Evo 2 both have tilt. Their engineers are just stumped by this issue.

Watch some Evo 2 videos on YouTube. There are quite a few videos showing the tilt.
