Yes after speaking to support they had me send it back. Worked fine since. Good luck with support though. Most of them have left the company, at least the 4 that I spoke to over the last 5 months. It was tough to get someone. I would call and after 5 mins it automatically hangs up on you...

After a soft crash in the grass with the nano Plus, the IMU won't complete calibration. It goes to the 4th step and can't get it to go past that. The drone connects to the remote okay and I can see the video footage from the camera. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I also am waiting for a fix from Autel. I had such high hopes on the raw files and was so disappointed when I viewed them. I hope they come out with a fix. I hate that dji owns such a big part of he drone market.
