I have a Lite + and have intentionally NOT upgraded to the December/2024 code because of the restrictions in that FW. I use an older Sky App on my iPad tablet which doesn't prompt for upgrades, etc. That said, I'm in the US and with the older 1.9.9 FW, I'm still FAA compliant. I'm not positive...

The procedural difference appears to make sure the RC is powered on :)🤣 Glad you got it working. The Lite+ takes gorgeous pix and videos. To get longer hang time, turn off the collision avoidance system, of course - use discretion:)

For starters, I was surprised that you received a new Lite + with firmware that is not even listed on Autel's own spreadsheet. The 1.4.x is at least 3 years old, so where 1.3.27 comes from is anybodys guess. Have you contacted AUtel support?

I don't have any experience with doing SD upgrades. I purchased my Lite + and it came with V1.8.3 so at the time I did the OTA upgrade and that was 1.9.9. Just a guess, but wondering if your firmware is so old you may need to incrementally upgrade
