To make sure I'm getting it -- FLIR Studio Pro (or whatever the top end commercial license is) will let us process the 640T footage directly? Just the stills or the videos too?

What do you use for processing your thermal stills and video? I can't get the Autel-provided software (v 1.3.3) to install and run on three different laptops. Are you using 3rd party software? If so, what is working?

OK, so you have a new drone that produces IR images that cannot be processed unless you have the same computer setup as the Autel staff? There are a LOT of comments on the Dual boards about trying to processes the IR imagery to get the thermal data usable.

The most recent Dual, with the 640T camera -- which has nothing to do with installing software on the PC. The software cannot access the drone, nor is it intended to.

I downloaded IR PC Tools 1.3.3 for Windows. When it loaded, it asked for access to the camera, which seemed odd. It boots to a black screen with no controls or anything else. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall. Same thing. Am I not holding my mouth right or something?
