Evo 2 fails IMU calibration at step 2

Hi! Recently my Evo 2 V1 stopped properly detecting landings and the motors fail to shut down 60% of the landings, unless you do a weird yaw motion with the drone that triggers an ESC failsafe, but it looks really sketchy. Had this problem in the past, but it was easily fixed with an IMU...

Evo 3 coming in 2022 (maybe). What will this mean for the Evo 2?

Mai nou nu înseamnă tot timpul " mai bun". E diferență între "obsolete" și "planned obsolescence" Newer hardware doesn't necessarily mean the drone is better. I understand why spare parts wouldn't be manufactured anymore after the Evo 3 launches, but batteries need to be manufactured for a...

My evo 2 occasionally won't shut down it's motors when it lands. Does anyone else have this occasional issue happen to them?

You sure you're not getting a "Gimbal not ready" message? I can't take off when that error appears either, but the auto takeoff button seems to bypass it. You should also try an RC calibration.

My evo 2 occasionally won't shut down it's motors when it lands. Does anyone else have this occasional issue happen to them?

Doing the inward motion doesn't make the motors stop. The drone can't tell it's on the ground. It just changes the RPM of the motors according to the sticks. If I hold the sticks in that position too much, the drone might flip/damage the props. Yep, the light under the drone goes solid( i keep...

Welp, update. Three IMU calibrations and one obstacle avoidance sensor calibration and the issue persists ::(

My evo 2 occasionally won't shut down it's motors when it lands. Does anyone else have this occasional issue happen to them?

Well, both. It doesn't shut down the motors when I land it using the throttle stick, and I'm basically forced to bring it back up. When I bring it up again, even if I barely move the throttle up, it gains altitude really fast. Because of this, sometimes it doesn't go straight up, and goes in one...

My evo 2 occasionally won't shut down it's motors when it lands. Does anyone else have this occasional issue happen to them?

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but this still happens. Is anyone at Autel looking into this? My Evo 2 was close to ramming into a tree this morning.

Evo 3 coming in 2022 (maybe). What will this mean for the Evo 2?

So, I know for a fact i won't get certain answers from any of you because you're not oracles and you can't guess the future, but considering Autel's history, what do you think will happen when the Evo 3 launches? In an interview with Ken Heron, Maxwell Lee, the General Manager of Autel Robotics...
