The lake is maybe a 25 minute drive from where I live. Today the temps were in the -20 range. Not a cloud in the sky and air you sucked in to breath hurt. Wanted to get some nice video but it was so bright with the white snow it was really hard to see the X-Star 100 feet out.
I had a ND 16 filter on and probably could have used double that.

In my younger days we would be out there ice fishing on every day off from work we had. Some really big Walleye came out of that lake.

We are a long way from Polar bears my friend. Just black bears in the spring, summer and fall. Pain in the *** they are.

Around 18 minutes. Battery is toasty warm from the truck heater.

He also spent a lot of time in the Maritimes. He would get there by boat with all the liquor they brought.
