Do the flashing colored lights in the EVO II Pro V3 drone legs constitute to be the strobe light the FAA requires for night flying? Or do I have to buy a separate strobe light to attach to the drone?

The answer is no. They are indicator lights, not anti-collision lights and they do not meet the FAA requirements for night flight.

If you have the enterprise versions, they come with anti-collision beacon along with RTK, speaker and a flood light, only one option can be active at a time. The Autel strobe is a bit weak IMO, I bought a Foxfurry system for my Ver 2 and I think airframe is identical so should fit. It is very bright! Autel Robotics EVO II FoxFury Lighting System
