It’s hard to tell what that is....a tug, a buoy, or a Russian Sub
It actually a unmanned lighthouse, more like a marker for the entrance of the harbour where the break wall is. It is more of a landmark than anything else these days. It is well maintained as sailboats stop by there all the time for a photo shoot spot
