Looks like the final two Oklahoma Bills are one step away from becoming law. They just need a third and final reading, vote and then Governors signature. They have passed all the other hurdles.

SB630 says the State controls anything under 200ft and property owners can sue for damages if you fly over their property
HB1326 say you can not fly over agricultural at any height without landowner permission.
Both of these allow some exceptions.
The other two bills died in committee and may not return (one bill author was charged with child prostitution).
