Does the RTK V3 Smart Controller have the same Intelligent Modes as the E2PV3?

Why the Evo Pro v3 RC SE doesn't have all the intelligent flight modes ?

I just received the V3 RTK. The controller doesn't have a number of things. I don't remember all. There were two stability modes on my E2P V2 as well as Viewpoint. There were a couple of follow modes that as well. They are not on there either. Is the RTK capable of steady handling for quality video?
