I see that the locals attached a bluetooth tx on a captured hornet and followed it back to a nest. They're in the process of encapsulating the tree and about to vacuum the critters out - about an hour north of me. Given the notariety, maybe I should try customizing an applique for my Evo 2 now. ;-)

Don't much care for any of them. I use non chlorinated brake cleaner to end their lives.....

I used to use break fluid on car hoods. Didn't kill anything, but got many people upset.

You mean 'Brake Fluid'? Only thing that would do is lift the paint and get you in hot water. Non chlorinated brake cleaner is a wonderful insect eradicator, much like Dawn dishwashing detergent and water in a pump sprayer (when I remember to mix it up. Dawn sprayed on hornets, wasps and yellow jackets kills them by covering them with a non permeable layer of surfactants that cuts off their aspiration. IOW, the suffocate because they breathe through their hide.

I have to ask, who did your hydrocoat, Pacific Hydro per chance? Reason I ask is, They do my rifle stocks.
