Yes i am, I love the Evo 1 and have one i use for the fire department. Mine is getting tired.

Great. Batteries about 1 year old new in box. Every 2 months id take them out and make sure they had at least 2 lights of charge. If not id give them a short zap to get back to 2 lights of charge if they needed it. Then Stored at about 60 degrees always.
