This reminds me of a post on UAV Legal News & Discussion. There was a person who posted he is a Part 107 pilot and takes a lot of photos of his hometown. Seems there is a mural painting kind of like that on one of the towns grain elevators and he took some photos of it. I'm guessing he is selling his photos on line and he received a letter from the artist lawyer for copyright infringement. There seems to be a case law for this and he has to pay the artist to use and sell those photos that have his work in them.
Best be careful of what you put on line these days.
