I have the same issue with a brand new EVO II Pro V3 RTK.
I have performed an IMU, compass, and gimbal calibration. The RTK is functional (FIX), and GNSS with 25 satellites locked.
But I can’t seem to get the motors running. The 4 arm LEDs blink slowly in green, then the rear arm LEDs blink red.
I also have the following two messages: "query server activation failed" and "Please import the latest geo-fence file".
My drone is properly visible on the "device" list on the "smart controller v3" (the large one).
All firmware and applications are up to date.
