Camera focus and video recording problems

I just got my drone two days ago. Worked fine friday, Today the camera all of a sudden goes out of focus. Also the video seems like it is recording but when i open the file on my computer i see the files but the files can;t be played..HELP

Are you using auto, or manual focus?

Likely that you put off the bird while camera still in record, if it happens again, just reboot the bird

I see that the focus abruptly changes at 13s and 35s. That's not right. I would send this to Autel CS.

Your lucky, mine is soft on the right hand side. Then not. Weird.

I got this weird color changing issue yesterday when flying, I am using the latest firmware and the SC.

Are you using Auto White Balance (WB)? I usually set mine to 5600K for sunny days.
