firmwware

Hi - two quick questions - I'm a new member. I am trying to upgrade the firmware and it keeps getting stuck at 99%. It says 1s remaining which is not true. Maybe I just need to wait? I've been waiting about 10 minutes so far and it hasn't moved from this point. 1. Any suggestions on how...
