Same issue here. I replaced the cable and everything is good, but it won't calibrate. Just goes kinda crazy.

There is a guy on YT that has videos on how to take apart an EVO 1, search for "EVO 1 The Ukrainian" and you'll find him. He has great videos.

I have the same issue. I'm thinking about disconnecting all the gimbal control wires and flying with a fixed camera. If you find a solution, many of us would love to know!

I just crashed my EVO 1, and need parts, or have parts to sell if I can't get what I need. I need either the gimbal assembly or the attached gimbal cable.
