Only in changing the battery itself and using the old BMS board. I found that using a much larger capacity will allow proper flight and readings. But you are limited to a 10 to 15 minute flight depending on the bms condition. Anything smaller or different voltage will generally cause low battery...

Aside from just adding a newer battery to an old BMS, no. And no matter what, you are limited to about 16 mins flight regardless if you are lucky.

Just buy some wrecked ones and build one.... I built about 5 birds from parts and have plenty of parts to build XPS, 1s 2s and even Nanos and lites.... fun hobby. I only crashed one in several years due to miscalculation on a wire I couldn't see. But I rebuilt that one too.

Voltage is easy on the lights. Amperage on the other hand is not. Your battery is toast. You can try to bring the charge down with a discharger and recharge it a few times and it may work, but most likely the battery is done.

I certainly wouldn't buy anything new from them again.

Don't bother. Most might fly a bit but eventually your drone will fall like a brick because they are too unpredictable. You need to rebuild them. This is not easy because while the connections are relatively easy, you still need a chip and software to reprogram the BMS. You also need to know...

Nope, unless you know how to reprogram the BMS you are out of luck. You need a battery fuel gage chip and software. Even with this I still need to write code. I probably am way ahead of everyone but the SMBUS connector might allow other batterys to communicate outside the original pack. But now...

Used batteries aren't the answer. You need to rebuild and reprogram them. See my other posts.

Autel removed the .bin file. Pretty petty really. They still have YouTube videos, app, manuals, but no .bin file? Not supporting something is one thing but removing necessary files is really bad imo. Would a tiny file kill them on their servers?
