    Just so you know Autel Robotics does not monitor this site. This site is ran by AutelPilot. So when we complain about Autel Robotic there not seeing these post. you never hear from the monitors of this site.

    Don’t feel too bad, I sent in a V2 for repair and it came back broken as well. My controller came back with out my screen protector on it. This was just the tip of my problems with support. I think the drones are great but very disappointing in support team.
