The battery was in properly at take off, and only happened 50 feet from me, so im not sure why it would auto dislodge. I can't buy another one no matter how much I want to because the camera/video is soooo good on it, I just can't trust it won't happen again.

I just received my Nano+ Last Wednesday, had one successful flight. Then today, I took off and about 50 feet away from me from about 50 feet in the air, it just dropped to the ground onto the rocks below, now damaged and un flyable. Thankfully I also bought it from Amazon and just mailed it off...
