    Obstacle Avoidance

I would recommend opening a support ticket with Autel and having them do some diagnostics on your drone right away before something unfortunate happens.

    Obstacle Avoidance

And I've tried to warn people about purchasing an Autel Alpha for the very same reason. And in the case of an Evo Max, this is not changeable via a firmware upgrade.

    Obstacle Avoidance

If you have the 24 Ghz model then it doesn't have the same level of obstacle avoidance using the millimeter wave radar as a 60 Ghz version does. You can find out which model you have by looking inside the battery compartment for a special logo. You should see either a "24 Ghz" or "60 Ghz" logo...

Max 4 T flyaway update and warning

Once again, I would like to recommend that anyone who still has not updated to Version 1.8 to please avoid doing so. The maximum take-off weight is 4.41 lbs. Or 1999 grams.

    A-Mesh for Max 4T

Yes, it does seem, at this point, that they bit off more than they could chew for this update. I recommend that anyone reading this message who owns an Evo Max hold off on updating to V1.8 right away. There are likely to be bugs, and as exciting as it might seem to update and get the latest...

I'm looking forward to the Fusion option as well. :)

    A-Mesh for Max 4T

I have read A-mesh is in the next update: Version 1.8. It's release should be expected within the next month.
