Have you tried refreshing the FW? you should be able to download the FW onto an SD card and do a refresh.

Don't waste your time with Autel and just spend that money on a Mavic 3 Pro. Best drone so far or get the Air 3S. Autel has no more support for consumer drones and have dropped them completely. Their customer support is non existent.

I had a similar issue when I first bought my V3, took off from my deck and it flew straight into the house. I was luck only the props got damaged. Then there was an Autel guy, Ken Booth I think, I forget his name who read my logs and said to return the drone due to emu and compass malfunction.

waste your time with the Eva Lite, Get the Air 3. I gave up on Autel and got the Mavic 3 Pro and Air 3, never regret it. With Autel too many issues

I update drone via SD Card. I found that to be best way. RC and app gets updated via OTA.

With Autel its "dropped". They don't release FW as they give us cr*p only. Also if there are issues with their FW there is no solution and no fix, have to wait almost another year before a fix is out if ever. They also "Dropped" consumer drones for Enterprise drones. ;)

I also returned my V3 after 2 replacements eventually ended up selling it for a loss. Got the Mavic 3 Pro and it has been rock solid ever since. No issues what so ever.

Nope, not coming to Lite/plus.

Your only solution is to hold out for the Crickets then and you should send it back.

Have you update the RC FW because the original FW had a remote battery drain issue which was fixed with the update the landed in January.

Have you tried updating the drone FW via SD Card? I always do it that way and for Autel seems to be the safer method.

Where I live, it is farmland and yes I know it is beyond LOS but within property so it's okay. The main reason I did this long flight was to check if any issues after the latest FW update, I rarely fly the Autel because I do a lot of tracking and the V3 does not track well so I use my Mavic 3 Pro.

Failsafe does not kick in for me hence the post to ask if this works for others

There are no new Flight modes added, we are still missing modes that are not carried over from the V1 and V2. The V3 is still crippled.
