Guys, if you tap on "missions" you will have the world map. If you look closely at this map you will see some areas in red. I'm pretty sure that you're in those areas. It's due to "new" policy of Autel not to be used in conflicts or "hot" areas.

You can't uninstall it but you can remove all updates by going into settings / application. Then you select the good one, then the 3 dots in the upper right corner and select uninstall updates.

Hey Chris, It seems to use bluetooth for RID so turn it on on your phone. Smart Controller app is v3.1.107 (I had to downgrade it as it came with v3.1.108 out of the box) Max

I have the EVO II Pro v3 with the Smart Controller and I was able to the the RID using Air Sentinel. Even with the drone not flying (as mine don't want the motors running).

Hi there ! I have an issue with my brand new EVO II Pro v3 RTK. I have control of the camera but I can't make the motors running. Leds on 4 arms are flashing slowly green then on the 2 rear arms red slowly. All firmwares are up-to-date BUT my smart controller arrived with an Autel Explorer app...

Didi you manage to uninstall the app on your smart controller ? I may have to do it on my smart controller v3.
