No they are all JPG format, including the thermal images.

I've had mixed experiences with their support. their people are friendly but have processes that they are stuck with. I had to return my M4T three times, the third time they overnighted me a replacement. The first two times they did a repair and return. This was a battery that was stuck inside...

they need to publish the firmeware updates better, but I'm glad they aren't forcing them when in the field.

I'm looking for a thermal program reader for the files and video as well. Autel's won't look at them. any suggestions as to what to try?
