    I am not there yet with damaged batteries but you got my attention. Did you replace individual cells or just use the whole thing? I have used that brand before. They are pretty reliable.

    I really think it's the charging hub that is causing the problems. My original battery charger is working great at charging batteries. It helped me recover 1 battery that went bad.

    i use these for all my electronic needs. its wonders for my RC stuff I use the first one to clean with a microfiber. then the second to preserve the contacts. You could just get the DeoxIT and be ok if your pressed for cash. https://www.radioshack.com/search?q=contact+cleaner

    Highly agree with this analysis. I keep contact cleaner for this purpose. I use it in all my RC models contacts.

    I got a new EVO 1. You have to run the same update for EVERY battery. The battery had to update the firmware. I had to do it 4 times....

    Yes I did. The latest Explorer update did that. I have a Note 9 android so i loaded my previous version. The lag stopped.

    Its definitely the software. I reverted to an older version on my Android and it stopped the glitch and freezing.
