These look really clean and clear. Noticeably less “baked” than the jpegs that get processing out of camera even though the jpegs look fine too. I see these were shot wide open at 2.8 as opposed to the ones you posted that were 5.6. I’m surprised to see the dof is still pretty deep. I suppose...

Considering purchasing an EVO II Pro, need some info.

Excellent images, herein. I’m only assuming the images Richard posted are in camera HDR being that the file names say HDR in them. Great advice, I use LightRoom as my main workflow both for editing and library sorting. I’m not sure if LightRoom processes DNG HDR files (it’s been a while since I...

Also in addition to what was already said about shooting at f11 it seems your posted images are HDR combined automatically in camera with jpegs? If so, that will never produce best results. Post processing Jpegs in camera will usually degrade the files quite a bit, and then the f11 already...

Evo Nano+ camera better than Evo Lite?

Speaking of restricted government contracts, I read that DJI has been sanctioned by U.S. Mostyl pertaining to investing and selling of their stock holdings.

Evo Nano+ camera better than Evo Lite?

As I was looking into it it seems that Samsung also has a sensor for phones that resembles the one in the Nano+. Perhaps it could be Samsung?

Evo Nano+ camera better than Evo Lite?

Does anyone know what sensor/manufacturer for the Nano+ and Lite? It seems the Lite+ is the same Sony sensor as in the EVO II Pro.

So I think I will wait until Autel release their new models. The Nano+ looks like a great mini drone with good camera and some obstacle avoidance sensors. I do find myself fretting about a fixed aperture. (As I am with the 2s) However, the Lite+ looks like has the same camera as the EVO II Pro...

Thanks to all, lots of good information and advice. This has been very helpful. Yes. 2k is a lot to throw away and I think it would make more sense for me to go in with something less costly to first see if it fills my goals, and to gain experience flying with one. For half the price I...

Considering purchasing an EVO II Pro, need some info.

Well that throws a monkey wrench into my plans. So if I were to hover in front of a building out in a field with a few trees around I should be ok if I can see the drone at 6-10 ft off the ground and perhaps a thousand feet away, but if I decided to roam around to the other side of the barn or...

Excellent work, the dusk shot is stunning. Yes the numbers in those tests don’t tell us the whole story but it’s good to know. I’m not all that into video, but also good to know this system shines if I ever get the itch with it. Thanks for the link, I’ll gather all the info I can before diving...

So these barn images look very good, more than adequate. Nice compositions and angle, btw 👍 Were these shot as DNG and then converted to jpegs or were they jpegs output from the camera?

Thanks for the info, Mike. Looked up the sensor in DXOlabs and it’s only drawback is low light capability. It’s got great DR and color depth, making it ideal for landscape and such. Fantastic images there you posted. Btw, do we know who makes the lens?
