I think there are range tests of the Evo 2 showing it getting much more than 3,800 feet. Did you try contacting Amazon? I always email them and have gotten good results.

What range did you get and what range did you expect? It's common knowledge that you never get their claimed max range, specially in a urban environment. Who charged the fee. Amazon or autel? You should email Amazon. Their customer service is very good. They will respond in less than 24 hours...

So if they all ship from Washington, wellbots would never really have them "in stock", right. B and H is supposed to notify me when they have them. They have not lied about it.
