Autel replaced the drone free of charge. They never got back to me to let me know the cause of the crash after I sent them the flight log 🤷‍♂️, the new drone has been faultless so far 🤞

I'm in the UK, and I have using Whatsapp to contact them on +86 158 2201 7681. They are based in Hong Kong so you'll have to take this into account when waiting for a response!

The Hauwei mate 20 x is a one off phone, there is no lite or pro version. Just checked eBay, and there are quite a few for sale, but they're asking silly money for them, considering it's a nearly 4 year old phone 🤷‍♂️

Like I said, it just fits (with a bit of light persuading.) It's pretty well the widest smart phone out there, so you shouldn't have any problems whatever smartphone you use 👍

I use a Hauwei mate 20 x. It's a 7.2 inch smart phone. Dimensions are 174.60 x 85.40 x 8.15mm, and I can just fit it in the cradle.

New drone received yesterday, no issues this time. Did a quick range test today, got to 4.3km with full rc signal, compared to my MA2 which at 3.5km would return to home after totally losing signal over the same route....very impressed. Oh , and the video quality is in a different league! Only...

OK some good news, I've to return it and get a new one. They still haven't got to the bottom of the problem after studying the flight log, but hope to get back to me soon. So when I do find out, I'll post the results.

Wrong....😂 I've had extensive communication with them by email and latterly by WhatsApp. I had to extract the flight log from the drone, upload it to Google drive and send them the link. I must admit that their English is pretty hard to decode, but then my Chinese is a bit sketchy 😂. Just...

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I uploaded the flight to Airdata. The drone only travelled about 70m, and the flight only lasted 23 seconds (13 of those were purely gaining altitude and 10 travelling forward.) As previously mentioned the battery had become detached front the drone. Airdata...

Sorry to be a pain again 😬 As mentioned in a previous post, I crashed my drone on the first flight. The Gimbal is missing some rubber dampers 😢 Where do we send our drones for repair. Think I saw mentioned in another post it was a Germany? Just looking for a definitive answer? Cheers
