I can definitely tell you guys are not in the minority. I've heard really nothing positive about dealing with the customer service side of Autel. I've only had one interaction with them when I needed some information, and I swear what should of been like a 2 - 3 minute interaction somehow...

Lol. It still might be faster to repair it in Ohio then dealing with the repair service through Autel...

I've really come to love and appreciate my EVO II for all of the strengths it has- it's become my drone of choice over all. But even saying that, I rarely recommend it to someone who is new to drones, and I've just come to accept that the intelligent modes available are really more gimmicks...

Same here. :) The documentation for the EVO II is really inadequate. Some functions aren't even explained at all, and I'm left to guessing.

Someone can correct me if i'm wrong, but my understanding is that the EVO II engages the RTH function when it estimates there is only enough battery life to return to its point of origin. So depending on how far away you've flown, this will effect at what battery level it decides to engage the...
