I only own a v1 Evo2. I guess the V3 has a function to disable the GPS in the app? There is no function for doing that in the v1. The aircraft will take off and fly without GPS if it is unavailable. But you have no control over turning it on and off.
I was in the air during the G5 peak last night. Surprisingly there seemed to be no ill effects. I was expecting a degraded GPS and position drifting. But it stayed right where I parked it hovering unphased the whole time.
I would consider that a limited contingency and it was "good enough" to get a picture of that rainbow. Doesn't change that all the functionality from the tablet/app was not available to you.
Guys, nobody that is spending $1500-$2000 on equipment is going find it totally acceptable to only use...
Everything you can do with the tablet that you cannot do with the controller. I'm not going to make a bullet point list of things to entertain this silliness because I think it's well understood. The controller screen is good for a limited contingency if the tablet fails.
Numerous updates.
Shortened up some of the early clips along the lane.
A bit of a additional color grading but nothing fancy.
Fixed the sound. Audio source and timeline sample rates were different so it was getting crushed. This was driving me completely crazy until I remembered what over...
Yes and my response is the same as it was when you made your ridiculous and unhelpful comments earlier in this thread. I do not need to "back up my claim" that most users have phones or tablets with an internet connection any more than I need to backup my claim that the sky is blue.
Because the tablet running the app does have an internet connection unless you have permanently air gapped the device, which again is not how most users work.
