Sorry to hear - this is not what anyone would expect from a piece of gear termed "professional". Regretfully, DJI's horrific "service after sales" has set standards for newer companies to follow. You should have a replacement transmitter in your hands by now. Keep us posted! Mike

It makes you wonder every other drone made to include DJI does not have a problem with the gimbal. For reasons unknown only Autel can't seem to get it right, this has been going on since their release.

Loss of satellites is not what made it hit the tree. Satellites provide no data for obstacle avoidance, in fact during these tasks the GPS is piratically in a standby mode. Avoidance logic makes its decisions mostly from obstacles location and distance, drone altitude, speed, position and more...

Bottom line if you keep your drones out of the ground - the DJI platform is near perfect and will last a decade with moderate use. Unlike Autel with problems out of the box, a DJI drome works as intended. While you might run into a problem now and then, 98% of the time a DJI is work ready...
