Hi All, I had this issue with my v3 Enterprise recently. I changed the microSD card from Samsung back to Sandisk and the issue went away. So, try another card or reformat the existing card. Regards, Gerry

Interesting, mine also arrived without the gimbal guard on when I ordered from Adorama. I had no issues though. I guess the workers are afraid to break it on initial install.
