After being told I was SOL with getting replacement batteries being that I was a good customer they would give me 10% off list price on a new evo!!!!!! Stick it !!!! I can’t wait to get my Mavic Air. It seems like it is light years ahead of Autel.

I can understand your frustration. I have TWO X-star premiums. One brand new, never flown. What good are they with no way to purchase new batteries. The first $350 gets both!!! I can’t stand DJI but at least you can get parts for them . Autel was very good with support and spare parts but...

They used to be a good company to deal with. When I bought my first X-Star premium more than a few years back I had an issue with it, they shipped me a BRAND NEW X-Star !!!! No questions asked. Great customer service. Those days are dead and gone. Like I said before, no more Autel for me.

Used ? I could see buying used from eBay but you think these other retailers are selling used and not new batteries.

After reading these posts I’m hesitant to update my firmware. Should I just stay with what I have. I don’t push it to the limit or do commercial photography. What does everyone think ? I also see there is an update to the Starlink app too.
