hi there what functions do you get out of the livedeck, mine will not pair while searching for a solution I found a notice that they have dropped support for it

Well googled end of support and found a June 23 notification just got to build a case for a section 75 to get my money back from the respected manufacturer

Any update on the livedeck 2 saga I’ve looked again and my livedeck software v is 1.0.0.21 when I attempt to update I get a update failed notification , i cannot find any info on what the latest version is Cheers Kerry

Hi all Got a evo2 v3 which will not connect to the livedeck2 ,I did a firmware update raised a ticket and sent it off for repair on returning the equipment I felt the problem still had not been resolved as connection failure messages were still displayed I have checked the firmware table again...

After 4 weeks Autel Germany have returned the equipment ,whilst a direct hdmi connection allows a external display to view screen info does work , the failure to connect error message still exists . the se controller does not have a usb a port to connect the livedeck2 to the se controller to...

Update hi I’m in the U.K. so Autel have told me to send the unit and livedeck ( as that would not connect either ) to a repair centre in Germany it was sent ups seven days ago and it’s still in transit 406 miles in seven days and counting not really relevant I just fancied venting about...
