I am pretty sure there is no Autel support for that method. You will need to update the app and then update the firmware via the app. -

For taking photos and videos, is it necessary to install the micro sd memory?
It will never "become available"; the Nano+ does not have internal storage at all, so you have to use an sdcard. The Lite series has 6GB onboard storage; the Nano has none. -

Autel Care for Enterprise?
That's nuts. The Enterprise folks are the ones who can best afford a good insurance plan and have the most to lose from not having one. I know there are other alternatives for drone insurance, though. :)- Heinlein

Unable to Activate Autel Care
I just bought the Autel care directly from their website and activated it from there as well. The serial number took on the activation site.- Heinlein
