I don't normally post but.... reading this points out some concerning issues.
1. Flying at night.
2. Flying inside a fenced secure/restricted area where he was on the outside of the fence. This alone raises questions.
3. A 800gm drone not designed to carry loads, carrying a 400gm DYI load then...
Probably the battery wasn't secured before you took off. Could explain why it took off backwards. It's usually tight and requires some force to get it to click into the battery latch on the drone. At least on my Evo. Try the battery again and see if it functions properly. If not then send it...
The best bet is to back away from the confrontation and go fly someplace else. Even if you are within your legal rights these situations can escalate into the red zone very quickly and end with a bad outcome. IMHO it seems society as a whole has become more agressive and less tolerant.

It's clear this guy has a problem with Autel. I only watched the first few minutes of his rantings. He comes across as arrogant, self-absorbed with anger issues and considers himself important, seemingly more concerned about getting followings. YouTube is filled with backyard "experts" and...
I was torn between the EVO and Mavic Pro both good and pretty equal. I didn't like DJI's forced NFZ software. I'm not spend the money to be co-owners with DJI. In my area there are several abandon private/local air strip - now hay and corn fields - that still are on the maps. So I went with...
