I ordered a smart controller in April of 2021. After waiting 6 weeks I began emailing them - over 20 emails and over 1 year later and they have neiter shipped the controller or refunded my money. Stay Away - Far, Far Away

I have 96 cycles on one battery, 88 on the other. No issues so far. NOTE: I don't let them get cold, I don't drop them. I generally run them down to between 8 & 10%, I use them at least 2 or 3 times a week.
