Sorry, that doesn't sound promising. One final thought in hopes of avoiding you being without a drone... Have you tried a different USB cable? I was able to charge using the supplied adapter and an alternate standard USB to USB-c cord.

I used the Autel one with the provided C-C end. Specs on the adapter: USB-C: 5v-3A,9V-3A,12v-2.5A USB-A: 5v-3A,9V-2A,12V-1.5 USB-C+: 5V-3.1A

Just tried mine with a regular USB C plugged into the laptop. No charge. Plugged it into the wall adapter and it worked. Make sure you are using a device that can supply enough current.

I too have had this and suspect it may be wind related.... I had this alot one day when it was quite windy. Then nothing for a while and the other day when it was mildly windy I had two false alerts at > 100'.....

I too am unable to download photos. I see no thumbnails and the app informs me that the download was successful yet nothing is ever stored on my phone. Also can't download firmware; other observations noted here: App crash during firmware update?

I recently purchased a nano plus with outdated firmware. The app connects, the drone will fly, and the feed looks good but as soon as I click the update firmware button it always crashes. (no download ever starts) All permissions are granted. Has anyone else experienced similar? *follow up...
