    Ok, good news. I emailed Autel Enterprise and they sent me a firmware update that was real easy to do. My issues are straightened out. For anyone that has a similar issue, it seems the only way to overcome them is to email autel enterprise.

    Thanks. It seems like I can't do a OTA upgrade for some reason. I found some firmware on a google drive here in another thread, right now I'm trying to figure out how to install the app and firmware manually.

    I am having this same issue right now. The drone and home point are at my address, controller is in china and is asking me for real name registration. Quite frustrating.

    Hello, I have just started flying my Evo lite 640t, and noticed that the aircraft and home positions are accurate, but the RC location is on a different continent. How can I update this?
