My story is worse. You can read in my posts hoping for a collective help to get Autel to care about us and address their issues of supporting us who took there misleading bait falsly advertised Max 4T. Im still battling them. Not worth the hassle. I hope we save others from losing time,money...

Sorry that happened to you! Where did you buy it from? Best to let dealer deal with Autel.

A word of caution: I asked Autel prior to my investment about warranty work and insurance. I was told they would not warranty any Aircraft not purchased by an authorized reseller! Then they directed me to one of the preferred vendors.

Techneek, Total false advertising. I sent mine back to seller after they assured me I'd get a refund! I'm still waiting and hoping my Credit card company will protect me from fraudulent misleading sales.

Not sure where you want to go with pointing out current info. Just ask...why would livedeck be on the case? Why would they sell me the livedeck if they knew it wasn't compatible? Anyway enjoy your day. I'm off to Mountain biking.
