    Firmware Download

    I've had the bottom view calibration error for over a year. At the time, Autel told me once I sent it back, it would be over 30 days before they could look at it. I never sent it back, couldn't be out of service that long. I just fly it with the frigging annoying error message and deal with it.

    Guys, thanks for the question and response. My drift seems to be getting worse, so I'll try the above steps. Now if I could just get rid of the "bottom view calibration error", I'd be like new.

    To be honest, I did not confirm. The way I read the policy, the gimbal is not part of the hull, so I guess I'm just being very careful, or I don't understand the policy language.

    I use Skywatch.ai. The hull is insured for loss or damage, I added on my gimbel and controller as well.

    New firmware V1.1.66 2024-03-21

    This new firmware update actually fixed something on my drone. Since October, I've had an annoying "Bottom view calibration error" that I couldn't get rid of. All gone for now. I'll throw the bird up this coming week and see if I'm finally flying above ground level instead of 50 feet under my feet.

    Bottom-view Calibration Error

    I've had the bottom view calibration error since October. It definitely affects my altitude readings especially over water. Most recently I was flying approx 6-8 feet above a river, and it said I was minus 39 feet agl. I called Autel the beginning of November and they said I had to send it to...
