It turns out they did leave me voicemail previously but I missed it because their name did not show on Caller ID; yet another bad sign. I have sent email this morning and called them again, 2 minutes after they opened. I again received voicemail. This is a VERY bad sign.

I contacted them facebook and they were suggesting an email ticket. :( I might be paranoid but to me this is a VERY bad sign.

I am using a Google Pixel. I have turned off wifi during flights. I have yet to try a new cable but it seems fine for everything else I use the cable for. I am using the regular USB plug, the micro USB doesn't seem to work at all? Is this normal? Perhaps, it is only for certain operations...

I have struggled with video link disconnects since I bought mine. I called the help desk but they didn't think there was anything wrong. I never lose control of the drone on the positive side.

My drone flies great but I get lots of Video Signal Interference and Video disconnects. I live on a 10-acre property in the country. There are power wires at the road and one that goes to my barn but I really don't think that is the problem. Any ideas?

I am a drone newbie and a bit of an idiot at times. I went to charge the remote of my new AutelX and plugged into the bottom instead of the front. Did this damage the controller? Everything appears to work fine.
