You'll have to jump through the hoops, but you should be able to get it taken care of.

Autel was unable to repair the drone so they replaced it with a new one. The new one flies the same as my original one did, flawlessly. Everything works as it should. When working as it should this is a GREAT drone. The images are great.

So after 20+ emails with tech support, they finally want the drone so they can evaluate it.

I never had any of these issues with my origional Evo Lite Plus. It crashed (my fault) and the replacement does all of the crap you mentioned. Very frustrating. I'm guessing Autel isn't going to fix it, but I'm going to contact them and see what they do.

I have the same issue with the AutelSky App. 90% of the time I try to take a panorama it crashes. anytime I try to use any advanced features it is prone to crashing. It will also crashes randomly on my Galaxy S21+.

At least you didn't buy yours 3 days before the announcement like I did... It didn't bother me that much at first since I was coming from a 3dr Solo... Now I'm bummed since there isn't any aftermarket support at all... Now I'm in a worse boat, At least with the solo there are individuals...
