Try Corel Videostudio, its on sale right now for $70 and it does have a free trial. I tried many and this one seems the easiest for me.

The 1.2.8 firmware is not available on their site. My bird came with it installed and I never updated. When the new firmware comes out I will update. If you google autel 1.2.8 firmware you can find a copy on a user's site.

OK, went back and could not find the original video extracted still so I extracted a still from a different flight and processed it through Lightroom. The final file is attached. The image begins to pixelate at about 150-175%. The stills shot from the XSTAR hold up much better on the "zoom" test...

Thanks for the complement. I went back to review the originals and have not been able to locate the extracted video frame original. I checked both the files I posted and both are compressed well below the original size. I'm going to do some additional research and try to answer your question...

Thanks for the input. I have been looking at Power Director and Corel Video Studio. Guess it is time to spend some money. You are right, Davinci Resolve limits the output to 3840/2160 but is better than the other free ones at 1920/1080. Thanks once more and happy flying to you.
