So its been a little while since this software was offered.....does anyone have any ortho images to share? I finally upgraded my pc (from windows 7), so hopefully I will be able to try it out soon.

Straight off the charger, I usually see 34 or 35 minutes before I take off. My avg flight lasts between 20 -25 minutes. I dont usually try to push my luck...

Not sure but I believe they have a beacon type device... We already can manually update the controller position, I would like the app to send automatic updates to the drone in user defined units of time.

Great thread idea... Some of my thoughts on improving the platform... Smooth zooming, maybe incorporate the controller wheel or a screen slider as others mentioned, hyper-lapse and 180/360 panos If hardware and bit rate allows...

My charger also seems to get very hot, especially when simultaneously charging the controller...I make sure to give it plenty of air flow when using it...

The Evo 2 has a time lapse mode...you access it thru the camera settings/parameters/mode/timelapse.....Page 14 in the app manual.

Yes, I had decided to go with the 6k model. I read where someone reported a bit of distortion near the edges of the 8k photos.With the larger sensor, I'm hoping it will increase the accuracy of my maps.
