Hi Just did the update, old app need to be deleted then install apk, from there took around 20 minutes for the firmware update. Did not fly the lite + and new firmware yet

Hi It is a frustrating situation and i am afraid that nothing will be done Canada is a small market and Autel seem lacking the will to do it. I love my Autel drone but without advanced operation i will have to go DJI but piss me off to spend again , And of course it will be almost impossible...

What do you mean by unusable

Hi, Was on the Autel owners group facebook page ask how he did it but no answer, i love my lite + the camera is amazing, if Autel could do a bit more they couls be a legit dji opponenet

Hi, They have a huge inventory of drone so i guess they are cleating them out, but i think that spare part will be difficult to find soon, i will buy extra props and maybe a battery

Hi To be honest support was fast to response and nice, the only thing was they wanted me to pay for shipping and handle all the duty paperworks. After a few email they finally sais they will pay. Like i said before its probably a bms thing that cannot be solved by firmware. i am waiting for...

I coworker of mine specialist with ebike and drone flyer told me its probably the battery managment system and cannot be firmware or app repaired

I am thorn between sending it or not as this issue maybe hiding something else. Wonering What Roswell47 did?
