I reached out and contacted support and in short they basically said; Uninstall/Install/Clear Cache (Autel Explorer App) - did not make a difference I provided them a couple of links to this site with the Android issue but they have come back with; No one else has contacted them, no one else...

Curious if this fixed your issue? Just received my EVO 2 Pro Bundle and I have a Pixel 3 XL. The app (v1.1.5.3) freezes then causes the phone to hang, then reboot. A bit frustrating after shelling out a lot of money.
